Section I GENERAL INFORMATION

SCOPE

Type of Manual: This manual covers operator instructions for use and

maintenance of Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical

CX-11230/G, CX-11230A/G and CX-10734/G.

Purpose of Equipment: Provides transmission paths for signals in pulse

code modulation (PCM) communications systems.

NOTE

Repair of these cables is done by supporting maintenance units. Your

job is to make sure that the cables you know or suspect of being

defective are turned in for maintenance.
