Disassembly
(1)
Remove fuel cap (5).
(2)
Loosen clamp (6) and remove hose (7) from cap housing (8). Slide two clamps (3) and (6) off of hose.
(3)
Remove six spring washers (9) and six thumbscrews (1) on housing.
c.
Repair
(1)
Inspect fuel hose for cracks or deterioration. Replace if necessary.
(2)
Replace any part that shows obvious wear or damage.
