NOTE
Use insulated sleeving (heat-shrink) of the appropriate inside
diameter on all soldered connections.

To install a replacement, reverse the procedure detailed in steps a.
thru e.
follows:
Refer to para 5-4.7 for procedure.
a.
Remove PS2.
b.
Remove and retain the four screws securing the module to the rear panel.
c.
Label and unsolder the connection to ground terminal El.
d.
Remove and retain the six screws securing the module cover. Lift off the
cover.
Label and unsolder the output connections to FL-1, FL-2, and E2.
e.
f.
Slip the wires through the grommet and remove the module from the unit.
To install a replacement, reverse the procedure detailed in steps a.
g.
thru f.
FL1 is removed/replaced as
follows:
a. Remove top and bottom covers. Refer to para 5-4.1.
b.
Remove the two coaxial cables connected at J1 and J2 (access from the
underside of the unit).
c.
Supportinq FL1, remove and retain the four screws and washers securing the
assembly to the chassis.
d.
Remove FL1 through the bottom of the unit.
To install a replacement, reverse the procedure detailed in steps a.
e.
thru d. Torque SMA connectors to 8 inch-pounds.
To remove/replace A15 carry
out the following steps:
a.
Remove top and bottom covers. Refer to para 5-4.1.

Remove Al thru A14 from the card file.
