Remove protective screen from back of rack. On the rear of the Battery
Disconnect Panel 1A14, connect the alligator clip on the insulated test
lead to the ground bus. Momentarily touch the probe end to terminal E on
VCR2. This action should trip circuit breaker CB2 to the OFF position,
light BAT FAIL lamp 1A14 and initiate the external alarm. Remove
alligator clip from ground bus and restore circuit breaker to ON position.
Replace protective screen on the back of the rack.
