INSULATION BREAKDOWN/LEAKAGE TEST (CONT)
SECOND COAXIAL CABLE PROCEDURE
1.
Connect test point (1) to tinned center conductor (2) of first coaxial cable.

Tightly wrap the guard wire (3) around coaxial dielectric (4).
Tightly wrap a length of bare copper wire around second coaxial braid (5), then first
