(4) Inspection. Inspect filter element carefully for damage after cleaning. Check for

rupture in filter material or damage to seal. T o detect filter material rupture,

place a light inside filter element and inspect from outside. If ruptured, replace

with new filter element.

NOTE

Care must be taken to avoid damaging or deforming wire

filter element basket during handling.
