Assembly
(1)
Strip battery cable insulation to terminal well depth as required.
(2)
Slide length of heat shrink tubing (35) onto battery cable (37) as follows.
a
Black tubing for negative battery cable and jumper cable
b
Red tubing for positive battery cable.
(3)
Install terminal lugs (34) and/or terminal (36) onto cable (37). Crimp ends securely.
(4)
Move heat shrink tubing (35) over exposed wire and shrink by applying heat.
(5)
Install screws (33) and nuts (32) onto terminal lugs (34).
