(9) If, after maintenance personnel have checked
the equipment, the source of trouble is not at the local
station, notify the responsible TCF so that fault iso-
lation may continue at points closer to the signal
(10) Standby to assist in patching
or
other fault isolation tests if it should be necessary.
(11) If noise is not present, then the source of
trouble is somewhere between this point and the com-
plaining subscriber. This includes the local station
transmit multiplex and transmission media equipment
