C. Remove power from rectifier 1PS1 by placing AC INPUT breaker in
the OFF position. On the fuse panel 1A2 remove charge fuse for
rectifier 1PS1. Hang red tags marked "Warning do not activate" on
the circuit breaker and fuse holder.
D. Open the cabinet door of rectifier 1PS1 and inspect for the following
conditions:
(1) Interior surfaces for dirt, rust and corrosion.
(2) Terminal boards for loose terminals, cracks or breaks and frayed wire
insulation.
(3) Transformers for broken terminals, frayed insulation on connecting
wires and bulging or other evidence of overheating.
