Detailed instructions for use of these work cards and the description of other forms or charts to be used with these cards

are contained in the TO 00-20 series. Changes and revisions to these work cards will be published as required to add,

delete, revise or change requirements. Such changes and revisions will be based on AFM 66-1 data, field evaluation,

unsatisfactory reports and other factual failure data. Recommended changes to this set of work cards shall be submitted

on AFTO Forms 22 through command channels in accordance with Section VIII, TO 00-5-1. It is essential this procedure

be adhered to.
