If indication abnormal

Initial Conditions:
a. On the test fixture, place all switches in the OFF
position.
b. On the test fixture, connect the external power
supply to the 48 volt power supply connector.
c. Connect the digital multimeter across the output
terminals of the power supply. Adjust multimeter
to indicate dc volts.
