 Unscrew and remove machine bolt (23) and hexagon self-locking nut (24)
Machine bolt (23)
from between the frame and the alternator.
Hexagon self-locking
nut (24)
Replace authorized unserviceable and missing parts.

Clean connector panel and paint with green polyurethane coating. See
Chain
TM 43-0139.
Fabricate chain according to figure E-7.
