WARNING
Dangerous and lethal voltage exists on the rear of Meter and
Control Panel 1A3. Use only one hand, with extreme caution,
when making the following checks.

Remove protective screen on back of the rack. On the rear of the Meter and
Control Panel 1A3, connect the alligator clip on the insulated test lead to the
ground bar located at the top rear of the rack. Momentarily touch the probe tip to
terminal H on the rear of the VAR relay board. HLV lamp should light.
