(11) Notify local maintenance personnel of the
problem. When the troulbe has been cleared, remove
any patches which have been established. Complete
station records in accordance with established
procedures.
(12) If noise is not encountered at the equal level
or primary patch panels, the fault is in the subscriber's
terminal equipment or the tie-cable.
. (13) Notify local maintenance personnel and
locate a spare cable pair.
(14) If extended circuit outage time is expected,
